After you purchase the item William Trainor is very organized with how fast he gets the priority box ready with all your information on it for shipping. It is ready to go to the post office. He text you all images of his process getting the GPS Halo Dog Collar ready for shipping. Even that he is going to use a bubble wrap envelope and put the Halo Dog Collar in a box just to make sure nothing can mess it up. This scammer is a real professional at running a scam.
After I purchased the Halo GPS Dog collar, William Trainor that is running the scam let me know that he would send me a tracking number after he mails out the Halo Dog Collar. After I purchased the Dog Collar, William Trainor said that he needed to pick up his daughter from school and that he is going right from there to send the GPS Halo Dog Collar out, he mentions again that he will get the tracking number over to me well. I wait and wait for the tracking number so I text him William Trainor the scammer and asked for my tracking number, he is very apologetic letting me know that he is so sorry and even goes as far as telling me that he does not like waiting for his stuff either. William Trainor then told me, that this weekend which would have been Saturday Oct 5th, 2024 or Oct 5th 2024 was his birthday and that he is off of work for the day. which was Friday Oct 4th. After you text him again for the Tracking number to the GPS Halo Dog Collar, William Trainor of Erie PA then tells you that his fiancé has gone into labor and that he has not sent out the Halo Dog Collar. that his fiancé has gone into labor and he forgot to send the Halo Dog Collar.
William Trainor let me know that his Fiancé had a healthy baby and that his daughter was born on his birthday and that how cool was that.
I waited again for that tracking number, which William Trainor of course never sends. After a week that went by, I asked for my money back, for him to refund me for a product that I never received and that at this point that I figured out that I had been scammed. H

In conclusion, William Trainor then told me to “F” off that he is at the Hospital with his new baby. And then he blocked me from Facebook, phone number, email, and text message.
